VI.KAR is a construction company based in Agios Nikolaos, Crete. We take on new builds, renovations, commercial projects and technical services across the island.

Every project — a family home, a villa, a shop or a hotel — is handled by one team that stays responsible from the first drawing to the handover of the keys. We work with local crews and suppliers we trust, and we build to last in the Cretan climate.
