Common questions
Before you call.
Do you handle the building permit as well?
Yes. We prepare the topographic survey, the architectural drawings and the engineering studies, and we file for the permit. You don't need to find a separate engineer.
Do you work across the whole of Crete?
We are based in Agios Nikolaos and work throughout Lasithi. We take on projects elsewhere in Crete too — tell us where the property is and we'll say straight away whether we're the right fit.
What will my project cost?
We don't quote over the phone, because the number wouldn't be real. We visit the property, agree the scope of works, and give you a written estimate with a cost breakdown before anything starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on size, permitting and the time of year. You get the programme in writing alongside the estimate, broken into stages, so you know what is happening and when.
Can you take on just part of a project?
Yes. Plenty of people call us for one bathroom, a roof, or only the studies. There is no minimum project size.
Do you work with owners who live abroad?
Regularly. We correspond in English, send photos and progress updates, and can represent the project with the authorities while you are outside Greece.
